Itinerary
On arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station & transfer to Shillong, which is also called the 'Scotland of the East". On the way visit a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills Umium Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional). On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Evening you can visit Police Bazaar which is the biggest local market.
Overnight stay at Shillong.
After early breakfast drive to Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Mawlynnong offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. Later proceed to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Umangot River. Evening drive back to Shillong.
Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and visit the Air force Museum) & Ward’s Lake. Later transferred to Kaziranga National Park, the home of “One Horned Rhinoceros”. On arrival Check in at your hotel. The evening is free for leisure.
Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Early morning explores any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on the back of Elephant. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants, and if you are lucky then tigers also. It is also home to pelicans, storks, and darters as there are several water bodies inside the Park. Return to the resort for breakfast. Mid-morning at leisure. In the afternoon enjoy a jeep safari through the National Park and later visit Kaziranga Orchid Park. Return to the hotel.

Jeep Safari - Kaziranga National Park (Western/Bagori Range) - Safari - Indian
The Western Zone of Kaziranga National Park, accessible via the Bagori entry gate, offers an incredible Jeep safari experience. Starting from the Bagori Tourism Office, the two-hour safari takes you through a diverse landscape where you can spot the park's famed one-horned rhinos, elephants, and wild buffaloes. Majestic, pied hornbills, owls, and eagles can be seen in the ficus trees, while monitor lizards blend into tree trunks. In the large bells (water bodies), you may witness rhinos wallowing, elephants playing, or greylag geese feeding. The vibrant ecosystem also includes otters, turtles, and colorful birds like minivets and Khaleej pheasants, providing an unforgettable wildlife experience. For the Jeep Safari, entry is permitted between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM, and from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. This schedule provides flexibility, allowing guests to begin their safari at any time within these designated hours. The duration of the safari is approximately two hours.
Elephant Safari - Kaziranga National Park (Western - Bagori Range) - Elephant Ride - Indian
The elephant safari in Kaziranga National Park, available exclusively in the morning, offers a unique and intimate wildlife experience. This hour-long journey begins at two points: Bagori in the Western Range and Mihimukh in the Central Range. The Western Safari Zone, particularly Bagori, is the most preferred for elephant safaris, as its landscape allows for incredibly close encounters with the park's famed one-horned rhinoceroses. Riding atop a majestic elephant
through tall grasses, you can also spot other wildlife like tigers, deer, and a variety of birds. This safari offers a perfect vantage point to explore the diverse ecosystem and stunning landscapes of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Guwahati en route to visit Maha Mritunjay Temple in Nagaon. Arrive and check-in at your hotel. In the evening, we suggest an optional tour of Golden Sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra (Direct Payment basis).

After breakfast out to visit Kamakhya Temple (Notes -Timing 08:00 A.M till 01:00 P.M & 3:00 P.M till it gets dark), Tirupati Balaji Temple, Nabagraha Temple, Assam State Museum (Closed on Monday), State Zoo cum Botanical Garden (Closed on Friday), Regional Science Centre and Sukreswar Temple (The 6th Jyotirlinga of Shiva). Evening you may take a River Cruise (Direct Payment) on the mighty River Brahmaputra.
Overnight stay at Guwahati.
After breakfast Transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.

For Insurance claims, guests need to coordinate with the Insurance company directly.
This is a fixed Departure package based on a minimum of 6 passengers traveling together. Any decrease in passenger count will result in supplement costs.
We will share the supplement cost on a case-to-case basis if the minimum number of passenger count does not reach 6 passengers 10 days before the travel.
Hotel standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time will be 11 AM
