What type of accommodations are provided on tour?
We at Joy n Crew, one of the top travel companies, ensure comfortable accommodations for you. With a minimum of 3-star hotels or stays included in our tour travel packages, we ensure your trips are comfortable and enjoyable.
Are home stays included in the tour to get to know the local culture?
We cannot guarantee you accommodation in home stays as many a times the services are not standardised, however it is sometimes possible for us to let you get the feel of local vibes through local home stays. To see things from a different perspective.
Can we get interconnection rooms if we are on a family or friends trip?
We do try to cater to such needs, however such requests can be catered subject to rooms availability from the hotels ends.
What facilities are available at hotels or stays?
All basic amenities which are available in the hotels or stays will be given to you. However, JnC selects stays at hotel which offer standard services and amenities ensuring our travellers comfort and satisfaction.
What type of food and beverages will be offered to us on tour?
We take care of food for you. We offer Veg / Non Veg food as per your choice. Let us know your preference to our customer service associate during the booking process so that we can set meals for you on tour according to your taste and liking.
Will Jain food be available in the hotel or stay?
Yes we can arrange Jain meals whilst you are on tour. Sometimes in foreign destination, it becomes slightly difficult to cater to such request due to very limited options and hence we request an early intimation for necessary arrangements.
Does JNC take full payment for booking a tour or just the registration amount?
Full payments are usually required at the time of booking when the tour is booked with less than 30 days of the tour start date. However, if your are booking the tour well in advance, the entire tour cost can be paid in multiple installments, our customer service representative would be more than happy to take you through the payments terms for the tour opted by you.
What are the different payment options available for tour booking?
Payment towards tour cost can be made through multiple platforms viz. Bank Transfers, Cheque, UPI, Credit / Debit Card, etc.
What services are included in my tour booking?
Our tour packages typically include accommodation, flight bookings, visa application charges where applicable, transportation during the tour, guided sightseeing, and meals as per the itinerary. Entry fees to major attractions, travel insurance, and other inclusions may vary depending on the specific package. A detailed list of inclusions and exclusions is provided with each tour itinerary.
What documents are needed to book a tour?
Requirements may differ for an International Tour and a domestic tour. You will be required to provide a few documents such as a valid Passport, Driver’s license, Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport copies, VISA requirements etc. Additional documents may be required depending on the destination and travel requirements
Is the registration amount refunded?
Registration amount for booking a tour is usually not refundable as it is used to secure your booking and initiate your tour booking formalities.
Can I join the tour in between?
We at JnC would want you to join the tour right from start to the end. As it would give us an opportunity to serve you longer and better. However if for some reasons you would like to join tour mid-way, you can do so, please check with the customer service associate on the modalities and charges.
What is the procedure to cancel my tour/booking? Will JNC provide a refund for cancellation?
In case you need to cancel the tour, you will need to inform us in writing.
Cancellation charges depends on the time frame of cancellation from tour departure date and the services booked. However, for your ease, we do provide a cancellation grid with each of our itinerary. We would urge you to refer the said cancellation grid for applicable charges.
Can we book flights on our own?
Yes, you can book flights on your own. However, we recommend coordinating with us before booking to ensure your flight schedules align with the tour itinerary and timings. This helps avoid any issues with transfers, check-ins, or missed activities.
Does Joy-N-Crew charge extra fees to create customized holiday tours?
We are happy to tailor your itinerary according to your preferences at no additional cost.
Can you provide us with after booking documents that are required on tour?
After booking, we provide all necessary documents for your tour, including the booking confirmation, itinerary, vouchers for accommodations and activities, and any travel or entry-related documents required for your destination

Can I leave a tour midway?
No, leaving a tour midway is generally not allowed, as the itinerary, accommodations, and transportation are planned for the full duration. If you have an exceptional situation, please contact us in advance to discuss possible options.
Can the itinerary be changed while on tour?
Yes, it can be as per the on-ground situation. Sometimes, unavoidable situations occur due to several reasons such as place, climate, availability, transport, hotel, sightseeing, etc. in such circumstances we may be forced to change the itinerary on or before the tour.

Yes. Joy-N-Crew organizes corporate & institute tours. Let us know in advance about your date, destination and number of people joining the tour. We will ensure to provide the unparallel services and tour package that will make your corporate experience seamless and enhanced.
How many days in advance should I book?
It’s generally recommended to book at least 90 days in advance, but it can vary depending on the type of service, destination, or time of year. For flights, 1–3 months ahead is usually ideal; for hotels, 2–4 weeks; and for special events or peak seasons, even earlier.
Can we get a customized tour package?
Yes. You can get a customized tour package.
Will doctors be available on tour?
Doctors will not be available on tour but they will be with us virtually for immediate consultation. If there is a medical emergency, we recommend you to seek local medical assistance at the earliest especially since there is a valid travel insurance that has been offered as an integral part of JNC tour package.
Do I need to take COVID-19 vaccination certificate with me?
Yes. As the world has faced so much in the last two years because of COVID and for your and other travelers’ safety, we prefer you take COVID-19 vaccination certificate with you.
Are there any Corona Protocols to follow?
COVID-19 protocols are largely relaxed. Masks are recommended in crowded or enclosed spaces, good hand hygiene is advised, and anyone feeling unwell should monitor symptoms and consider testing. Travelers generally do not need mandatory tests or forms, but local guidelines may apply
Is there any specific vaccination certificate to be carried when traveling to any particular country?
Yes. Every country has their rules or guidelines to follow and according to that we will notify you about such cases where you need a specific vaccination certificate that you should carry with you.
Is wheelchair assistance there or not?
With prior request, we will provide you wheelchair assistance. Let us know about this when you book a tour with us so that we can arrange accordingly.
Do I need travel insurance to travel with Joy-N-Crew?
Yes. We recommend you to take travel insurance with you for domestic as well as international tours.
Can I extend my stay on tour?
Yes, you can extend your stay after completion of a tour.
How will I get to know about my tour day program?
To know about your tour day program, we will provide you with a tour confirmation voucher that will help you check out your whole day activities.
What type of vehicle will be provided by you on tour to visit different sights?
It will be dependent on which tour you choose. In a group departure there will be a comfortable coach and in a customized tour, there may be a comfortable Sedan, hatchback, SUV.
Is there any particular time to check-in and check-out from the hotel?
Yes, it will totally depend on the hotel’s time and procedure for check-in and check-out that you need to follow.
Will I have a tour guide with me all the time?
A local tour guide assists with local sightseeing , destination knowledge and leads at specific sights during city tours. Since these are limited time activities the services of Local guides ends with completion of sightseeing activities. Hence he is not there on tour at all time.
