Welcome to Jordan! Upon arrival at Amman International Airport, you will be greeted by your local guide and transferred to your hotel in Amman. Distance: 35 km / approx. 45 mins

Begin your journey north to Umm Qais, a Greco-Roman site perched above the Jordan Valley with panoramic views of the Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights.Then proceed to Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century Islamic fortress built by one of Saladin’s generals, offering sweeping views of the countryside. Continue to Jerash, the best-preserved Roman city outside of Italy. Walk through the Oval Plaza, Temple of Artemis, South Theatre, and the Colonnaded Street. Return to your hotel in Amman by early evening.

Today, explore the capital city of Amman. Highlights include:
● The Citadel, offering ruins from Roman, Byzantine, and Umayyad periods.
● The Roman Amphitheatre, a grand 2nd-century structure still used today.
● A stroll through vibrant local souks.
● Visit modern West Amman and the artsy Rainbow Street for cafes, shops, and local charm.

Travel south and stop first at Madaba, known for its exquisite Byzantine mosaics, especially the Map of the Holy Land at St. George’s Church. Then visit Mount Nebo, where Moses is believed to have seen the Promised Land. From the summit, enjoy views across the Jordan Valley. Continue to Shobak Castle, a dramatic Crusader fortress from 1115 AD, perched high on a hill with commanding views. Arrive in Petra in the evening.

Explore the incredible UNESCO World Heritage Site of Petra. Enter through the Siq, a narrow canyon, and marvel at the Treasury (Al-Khazneh). Visit the Street of Facades, Royal Tombs, and Roman Theatre.
Optional hikes include:
● The Monastery (Ad-Deir) – a 47-meter-high monument (800 steps).
● High Place of Sacrifice – with sweeping views of Petra.
In the afternoon, drive to Wadi Rum, the Mars-like desert made famous by T.E. Lawrence. Enjoy a traditional Bedouin-style dinner under the stars. Overnight at a desert camp in Wadi Rum.

Start the day with a 2-hour 4×4 Jeep Safari, exploring the sandstone formations and canyons of Wadi Rum. Optional camel ride available. Later, transfer to your resort at the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. Relax and float in its mineral-rich waters or try the rejuvenating mud treatment.Overnight at the Dead Sea.

Transfer to Amman International Airport for your return flight. Distance: 50 km / approx. 1 hr

The best time to visit Jordan is generally during the spring (March to May) or autumn (September to November). Jordan is a predominantly Muslim country, and modest dress shows respect for local customs, particularly outside of tourist resorts. Loose-fitting clothing, avoiding anything too tight, sheer, or low-cut. Light jacket, fleece, or cardigan, especially for evenings. Sturdy walking/hiking shoes or comfortable sneakers. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat.
