Arrive at Almaty International Airport. After clearing immigration and baggage collection, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative and transferred to the city centre. Almaty, the cultural capital of Kazakhstan, is known for its scenic mountain backdrop, modern charm and lively atmosphere.
Check-in at the hotel (Check in Time 15:00) and relax after your journey. The evening is free at leisure. You may choose to relax at the hotel or explore nearby attractions such as Republic Square and the Presidential Palace on your own.
Overnight: Almaty
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, proceed to the famous Shymbulak Ski Resort, located approximately 40–45 minutes from the city centre and known as the highest ski resort in the CIS region. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride up to Level 3 while admiring the breathtaking snow-capped mountains and alpine scenery.
Later, return to Almaty and begin your sightseeing tour with a visit to the historic Panfilov Park, one of the oldest parks in the city. Visit the beautiful Zenkov Cathedral and continue to Gorky Central Park.
In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk along the lively Panfilov Promenade, lined with charming cafes, eateries and local shops while overlooking the Kazakh Opera & Ballet Theatre.
Overnight: Almaty
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, proceed to the famous Koktobe Hill, located approximately 30–40 minutes from the city centre. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride offering spectacular panoramic views of
Almaty city, the surrounding mountains and the iconic TV Tower.
Later, return to Almaty and visit Mega Mall for shopping and leisure time. Explore a variety of international and local brands, cafes and entertainment options.
Overnight: Almaty
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, enjoy a scenic drive to the beautiful Almarasan Gorge, surrounded by serene mountains and lush natural landscapes. Explore the area, admire the small waterfall and experience the peaceful atmosphere of this popular mountai retreat. You may also visit the nearby hot springs.
Later, proceed towards the picturesque George Plateau region, known for its stunning mountain scenery and fresh alpine air.
After the tour, return to Almaty.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, proceed for a full-day excursion to the breathtaking Charyn Canyon, located approximately 3.5 hours from Almaty. Explore the famous Valley of Castles and admire the dramatic red rock formations and unique canyon landscapes.
Later, continue towards the beautiful Kolsay Lake near Saty Village. Enjoy free time to walk along the lakeshore, capture memorable photographs or enjoy optional activities such as boating and horseback riding amidst the crystal-clear waters and mountain scenery.
Overnight stay in Saty Village surrounded by peaceful natural landscapes.

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Today, proceed towards the stunning Kaindy Lake with an off-road transfer from Saty Village. Famous for its unique sunken forest, Kaindy Lake is known for the submerged spruce tree trunks rising from its emerald-turquoise waters.
Enjoy free time to walk around the lake, admire the breathtaking scenery and capture memorable photographs amidst the tranquil mountain surroundings.
Later, transfer to Almaty International Airport for your onward flight. We return home with wonderful memories of Kazakhstan.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or official
communication channels. The date of receipt of cancellation request shall be considered as the effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example:
If Total Invoice Amount is Rs.10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before departure, cancellation charges shall be 70% i.e. Rs.7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund payable to customer shall be Rs.3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST, TCS implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges.
- In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.
