Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Baku, where you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative. Proceed towards the city centre with a comfortable drive of approximately 30–40 minutes. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and relax after your journey (standard check-in time: 15:00 hrs). The evening is free at leisure to explore the nearby streets, unwind at the hotel, or enjoy a pleasant walk along the famous Baku Boulevard at your own pace and expense. Overnight stay in Baku.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a guided city tour of Baku. Begin with a visit to Highland Park and the Alley of Martyrs, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline and the Caspian Sea. Continue with a leisurely walk along the famous Baku Boulevard waterfront promenade. Enjoy a ride on the iconic Baku Eye, the giant Ferris wheel providing spectacular city and sea views. You may also opt for a relaxing boat ride at Little Venice (optional). Later, visit the Carpet Museum for an outside photo stop or a short visit depending on the available time. Explore the historic Old Baku City, including attractions such as the Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah Palace, the Miniature Book Museum, and its charming ancient streets. End the day with a visit to Nizami Street, well-known for shopping, cafes, and vibrant nightlife. Overnight stay in Baku.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed towards the northeastern outskirts of Baku for an exciting day of
sightseeing. Enjoy a drive of approximately 40–50 minutes through suburban and semi-industrial areas to reach the famous Ateshgah Fire Temple, an ancient place of worship historically associated with Hindu and Zoroastrian pilgrims. Continue to Yanardag, also known as the Burning Mountain, where natural flames continuously rise from the hillside. Later, visit the iconic Heydar Aliyev Centre, one of the most remarkable architectural landmarks of modern Baku, followed by an exploration of the Vintage Car Museum located inside the centre. Thereafter, depart for Gobustan National Park, located approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the city. Visit the Petroglyph Rock Art Museum, renowned for its fascinating prehistoric rock carvings and archaeological exhibits. Continue the adventure with an off-road ride in vintage Lada cars to witness the famous bubbling Mud Volcanoes set amidst a unique lunar-like landscape. The evening is free for personal exploration or relaxing at local cafés. Overnight stay in Baku.

After an early breakfast at the hotel, proceed for an exciting excursion to Shahdag Mountain Resort, located approximately 3 to 3.5 hours away from Baku. Surrounded by the breathtaking Caucasus Mountains, Shahdag is one of Azerbaijan’s most popular mountain destinations offering stunning natural scenery and adventure activities. Enjoy various seasonal snow activities, thrilling cable car rides, chair lifts, zipline experiences, or simply relax amidst the beautiful mountain landscapes. Enroute or while returning, you may also visit the famous Candy Cane Mountains, known for their unique red-and-white striped geological formations (optional, subject to weather and time conditions). Later in the evening, drive back to Baku after a memorable day in the mountains. Overnight stay in Baku.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or officialcommunication channels. The date of receipt of cancellation request shall be considered as the effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example:
If Total Invoice Amount is Rs.10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before departure, cancellation charges shall be 70% i.e. Rs.7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund payable to customer shall be Rs.3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST, TCS
implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges. - In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.
