Arrive at Almaty International Airport. After clearing immigration and baggage collection, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel in the city centre. Almaty, the cultural capital of Kazakhstan, is known for its scenic mountain backdrop, vibrant streets and modern charm.
Check-in (Check in Time 15:00) at the hotel and relax after your journey. The evening is free at leisure. You may explore nearby attractions such as Republic Square and the Presidential Palace on your own or simply enjoy the hotel facilities.
Overnight: Almaty
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, proceed to the famous Shymbulak Ski Resort, located amidst the beautiful Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride up to Level 3 and admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains and alpine landscapes.
Later, return to Almaty and enjoy a leisurely walking tour of the lively Arbat Street, known for its local shops, cafes and street atmosphere. Continue to the famous Green Bazaar and Rakhat Chocolate Factory for shopping and local experiences.

Breakfast at the hotel. Begin your city tour with a visit to the famous Panfilov Park, one of the oldest parks in Almaty. Visit the beautiful Zenkov Cathedral and continue to Gorky Central Park.
Later, walk along the Panfilov Promenade, lined with cafes, restaurants, small shops and overlooking the Kazakh Opera & Ballet Theatre. Proceed to Koktobe Hill and enjoy a cable car ride offering spectacular views of Almaty city and the surrounding mountains. Witness the beautiful evening scenery along with the famous TV Tower.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, proceed for a full-day excursion to the breathtaking Charyn Canyon, located approximately 3.5 hours from Almaty. Explore the famous Valley of Castles and admire the dramatic red rock formations and stunning canyon landscapes.
Later, continue towards the beautiful Kolsay Lake near Saty Village. Enjoy free time to walk along the lakeshore, capture memorable photographs or enjoy optional activities such as boating and horseback riding amidst the crystal-clear waters and mountain scenery. After the tour, drive back to Almaty.
Overnight: Almaty
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to Almaty International Airport for your onward flight. We return home with wonderful memories of Kazakhstan.

- The quote is based on an exchange rate of 1 USD = 95.20 INR. The applicable exchange rate will be the prevailing rate on the day the final payment is made in full.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or official communication channels. The date of receipt of cancellation request shall be considered as the effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example:
If Total Invoice Amount is Rs.10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before departure, cancellation charges shall be 70% i.e. Rs.7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund payable to customer shall be Rs.3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST, TCS
implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges. - In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.
