Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your Nairobi hotel and checked-in. Enjoy lunch there after heading out to the nearby Nairobi National Museum. The role of the museum is to collect, preserve, study, document and present Kenya’s past and present cultural and natural heritage. Later in the afternoon drive to Giraffe Centre where you will be able to feed the giraffes and also attend small informative sessions about the giraffes.

Depart Nairobi for Lake Naivasha arriving in time for a mid-morning guided walk and boat safari at Lake Naivasha Crescent Island. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake and a birder’s paradise as it is home to over 400 bird species and over 1,500 hippos in the area. The sanctuary farm has several walking trails and stunning views of Mt. Longonot is ideal for hiking, game viewing and bird watching. At around noon exit Lake Naivasha’s Crescent Island and proceed further to Sentrim Lake Elementaita arriving in time for lunch followed by afternoon bird watching on the shores of Lake Elementaita.

Embark on a full day game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park with a parked lunch. Lake Nakuru National Park is a standpoint and harbor for watching more than 400 species of birds in the rift valley. As you visit the lake, game animals are in large numbers. Hippos, buffalos and many species of birds with Flamingos prominently notable. Nakuru National Park is home to few remaining Rhinos in Kenya and also offers great sightseeing of larger predators like the lions and Leopards.

After breakfast, drive to Masai Mara National Reserve situated in the south west of Kenya and popularly for its breathtaking landscapes and plenty of wildlife making it one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive as you traverse the vast savannahs and grasslands in search of wildlife. Masai Mara is renowned for its high concentration of predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah and the open grasslands provide an ideal hunting grounds for the apex predators.

After breakfast embark on a full day of game viewing within the reserve with packed lunch. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Masai Mara National Reserve is famous for The Big Five animals (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhinos and Buffalo). What amazes travelers in this reserve is the annual migration of wildebeests. The animals shift in July and return in November and are among the seventh wonders of the world. The park has the largest concentration of African lions, including the black-maned lion. Bird life is abundant as wildlife at the Mara, which boasts over 400 different bird species.

Rise up early for breakfast, checkout and proceed to the nearby Maasai Village to interact with the local community and learn their traditional culture. At around mid-morning you will embark on your journey to Nairobi with a lunch stop at Maimahiu’s Buffalo Curio shop and restaurant. Depending on what time you will arrive in Nairobi and if time permits, our driver guide will arrange a Bonus Nairobi city tour and shopping for those who would like to carry home some souvenirs.

End your Kenya Safari with a leisurely breakfast before checking out from your hotel and dropping off at the airport for your flight back home depending on your flight details.
