Upon arrival at Tokyo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to
your hotel. After check-in, take the rest of the day to relax and recover from your journey or
begin exploring the vibrant local neighborhood at your own pace. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
After breakfast, set out on a shared full-day panoramic tour of Tokyo. Begin your journey at the historic Meiji Shrine, a peaceful retreat in the city. Drive past the Imperial Palace before arriving at Asakusa, where you can visit the famous Senso-ji Temple and shop at Nakamise Street. Later, head to the futuristic area of Odaiba and enjoy a scenic cruise, offering a unique view of Tokyo’s skyline. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Enjoy a private full-day excursion to Japan’s iconic Mt. Fuji. Weather permitting, visit the
5th Station and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Continue to
the beautiful Lake Kawaguchi area or enjoy a stop at Oshino Hakkai village. After a
scenic and memorable day, transfer to Mishima for an overnight stay at a hotel nestled in
this charming mountain town.
After breakfast, board the high-speed Shinkansen bullet train from Mishima to Kyoto,
experiencing one of Japan’s most efficient and iconic modes of transportation. Upon arrival
in Kyoto, check-in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore the area
or simply relax. Overnight stay in Kyoto.
Today, embark on a shared full-day tour exploring Kyoto and Nara. Begin with a visit to thestunning Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, followed by the gold-covered Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion). Proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha, famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates. In the afternoon, transfer to Nara to see the sacred deer roam freely in Nara Park and explore the massive Todaiji Temple. Return to Kyoto for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Osaka by road or train. Upon arrival, check-in at
your hotel and enjoy a free day at leisure. You can explore popular areas like Dotonbori,
visit Osaka Castle, or indulge in local street food. Overnight stay in Osaka.
Enjoy your final breakfast in Japan before checking out. Depending on your flight schedule,
you may have some time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. You will then be
transferred to Kansai International Airport for your departure flight, carrying wonderful
memories of your Japan adventure.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or official
communication channels. The date of receipt of the cancellation request shall be considered as the
effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included
in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example: If the total invoice amount is Rs. 10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before
departure, cancellation charges shall be 70%, i.e., Rs. 7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund
payable to the customer shall be Rs. 3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST,
TCS implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges. - In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.

- The above-mentioned travel dates and package pricing are not valid for travel between 20th December and 10th January, as this period falls under the Peak Season/Holiday Season. Supplement charges and revised pricing may apply during these dates.
