Upon arrival at Tokyo, complete immigration formalities and meet your representative or proceed on your own to the hotel. After check-in, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to rest or explore the nearby city surroundings at your own pace. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
After breakfast, proceed for a shared (SIC) full-day panoramic Tokyo city tour. Visit Meiji Shrine, a beautiful Shinto shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken, followed by a photo stop at the Imperial Palace, the residence of Japan’s Imperial Family. Continue to Asakusa, where you can explore the historic Senso-ji Temple and stroll down Nakamise Street, famous for its traditional snacks and souvenirs. Then, head to futuristic Odaiba, a popular entertainment district on Tokyo Bay, and conclude the day with a scenic Tokyo Bay cruise. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Board a train for the journey to Nikko, a beautiful mountainous region known for its natural beauty and historical landmarks. After arriving in Nikko, check-in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may explore the peaceful surroundings or relax at your accommodation. Overnight stay in Nikko.
After breakfast, enjoy a self-guided day exploring the highlights of Nikko. Visit the iconic Shinkyo Bridge, a striking vermilion bridge across the Daiya River. Continue to the grand Nikko Toshogu Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the final resting place of Tokugawa Ieyasu. Later, take in the natural beauty of Kegon Falls, one of Japan’s most famous waterfalls, and admire the serene views at Lake Chūzenji, a picturesque crater lake nestled in the mountains. Return to your hotel in Nikko for the night.
After breakfast, check out from your Nikko hotel and board a train back to Tokyo. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and spend the remainder of the day at leisure for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport for your departure flight. Leave with beautiful memories of your Japan journey.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or official communication channels. The date of receipt of the cancellation request shall be considered as the effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example: If the total invoice amount is Rs. 10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before
departure, cancellation charges shall be 70%, i.e., Rs. 7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund payable to the customer shall be Rs. 3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST,
TCS implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges. - In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.

- The above-mentioned travel dates and package pricing are not valid for travel between 20th December and 10th January, as this period falls under Peak Season / Holiday Season. Supplement charges and revised pricing may apply during these dates.
