Eligibility -
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in international air ticketing
- Graduate with travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
- IATA/UFTAA or any other authorized airline course
Responsibilities -
- Issue domestic and international bookings through Amadeus
- Follow and track bookings in a queue for ticket issuance
- Processing re-issuance / refund of air tickets/cancellation
- Processing special service requests
- Maintain daily MIS
- Candidates who have handled group ticketing would be preferred
