For me it was very surprise I never talked to them before. Whole trip was arrange by my local travel agent thru Joy - N - crew. I travel with my perents ( from India) and me travelled from Melbourne and it was 1st time in group but overall it was wonderful experience people was so nice arrangements was so good overall accommodation, food sightseeing travel transfers was hassle free. Me and my perents enjoyed a lot. And specifically thanks to Ashish moolay for your efforts.

Our Spain Portugal trip was nicely arranged and we just enjoyed it.Kudos to Joy n crew.Hotels,food,sites everything was fantastic. I would prefer Joy n crew for all my future trips.

Dear Joy and Crew:

The best thing we did was to listen to our friend Ms. Mrinalini Behl and sign up for your Cherry Blossom Tour. Ofcourse there were apprehensions in the beginning, since we knew no one and wondered if we would be comfortable. As it turned out, every little detail was taken care of, and that made our trip trouble free, anxiety free, relaxed and AMAZING. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It was an unforgettable experience.

The hotels and coach were very good, the tour manager Meghana, and our Japanese guide, Nagai were both women of substance -they were patient, hardworking and efficient. We will remain ever grateful to them for looking out for us.

The only drawback for which we cannot blame anyone, was the late and slow blooming of the sakuras, on account of the unseasonable change in weather patterns. Even that was remedied in part with our last day trip to Mount Yoshina, where we photographed beautiful blooming trees.

The flights to and fro in the ANA Dreamliner were among the most comfortable that we have even flown. So all in all, our trip was great. We were blessed!

We both did a 10 day Portugal / Spain trip from 15th to 26th March with Jay & Crew .. this was our first trip with a group .. the trip was well arranged .. no rush/fuss anywhere hotels were good but wish they were in the city center It would have been convenient for us..guides were given at all the tourist spots..so we got detailed historical information...we got Indian food everywhere but we would have liked variety in the menu...the only thing that bothered us was that we needed one more day for Madrid and Barcelona..we felt mismanagement at both places..

It was a wonderful experience traveling with d group .. was taken care by Meghna .. she is so patient and caring … the itinerary was good and d food was good we didn’t miss our home food ..loved d every moment of d tour.

Yes indeed we had an awesm tour of Japan wth Joy N crew.. Cherry blossom season of Sakura tress all over Japan is beyond words. They made every attempt to see tht their guests are taken care in every aspect throughout. My Special thanks to MEGHANA who is its sales head also accompanied us and headed d tour and regards to d entire team of Joy N crew. Hav plans to join this team again in d days to come.Thanq.

European hotels don't provide facility of bed tea...no kettles, sachets etc provided.

Joy N Crew made extra efforts to provide electric kettles and tea/coffee/milk sachets through their local supplier.

If any tourist - client faced any problem in the room allotted to him, the same was immediately got changed to the satisfaction of the tourist - client.

7. Personal attention to the needs of senior citizens. E.g. the ones, who could not match the speed of walking of the group , were always accompanied by the tour leader himself.

8. Whatever was promised by Joy N Crew as part of tour package, was adhered to. They did not ever compromise on quality.

For Example, four star hotel stay was promised and the same was made available.

Buses were of good quality,

Restaurants served good food,

Request for change in menu was executed on the basis of wish of the majority of tourists. Nobody's wish was neglected.

Over and above the promised food/menu , beverage was served as a pleasant surprise.

All in all, the trip was excellently executed.

Some small suggestions that need to be conveyed, will be conveyed personally.

Overall experience was way above our expectTions given the fact that this was JNC s first excursion to Spain&Portugal. However all aspects of tour management and implementation were managed meticulously by tour manager. Wishing all the best to this enterprising and uprising travel company.

Had a joyful trip to Spain and Portugal with Joy n Crew. The trip was managed very well. The hotels, the meals, the transport were very good. Sight seeing was well planned. The train journey itself was enjoyable but as senior citizens, we found it very difficult to carry the luggage to the platform ( 1 big suitcase, 1 cabin bag, hand bag, purse etc) all by ourselves . Though the tour leader and young people from the group helped us to keep the luggage in the compartment, it was a tiring experience. Try to avoid train journey if there are majority of senior citizens in the group.

The japan alpine route tour was mesmerizing. The hotels, food, places, tour manager (ashis), tour guide (silvia) and all group members are up to the mark 😀 . I with my family enjoyed the tour nicely 👌. I have a suggestion to Joy-N-Crew specially to Ranjan sir to appoint tour guide having more knowledge of the places of the tour so that we can gain knowledge of the places otherwise the tour satisfied me 💯.
