With over two decades of experience in travel, business development, and operations management, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and businesses in some truly exciting and impactful ways. My journey spans multiple industries, including retail (telecom) and education, but my true passion lies in travel, where I’ve been fortunate enough to have a direct hand in shaping memorable experiences for countless travelers.
One of my proudest achievements was being a key player in the expansion of Cox & Kings’ retail presence, where I helped create vibrant travel communities across semi-urban areas and bring high-quality travel experiences to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. This work not only helped make travel more accessible to a wider audience but also created lasting connections with customers who previously hadn’t had such opportunities. It was an incredibly rewarding experience to be part of a team that made a difference in people’s lives by expanding the horizons of travel beyond major cities.
Throughout my career, I’ve led with a focus on customer engagement, stakeholder management, and building strong teams, always aiming to align strategies that bring business goals and customer needs together. Whether overseeing P&L management, developing new business opportunities, or ensuring operational excellence, my aim has always been to build a culture of trust, innovation, and service.

As a CEO with Joy N Crew, my focus is on delivering thoughtful, tailored experiences that blend culture, adventure, and relaxation – while ensuring that both customers and businesses thrive.
