Arrive at Haneda International Airport NH 838 05:55 and begin your Japan journey with a peaceful stroll through Chidorigafuchi Park, one of Tokyo’s most scenic spots, especially during cherry blossom season. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in a digital art experience at teamLab Planets in Toyosu. Later, check into your hotel and relax for the night.
Dinner Overnight: Tokyo
After breakfast, visit the towering Tokyo Skytree 350 Meter observatory deck for panoramic views of the city. Continue your exploration with a visit to the historic Senso-ji Temple and enjoy browsing traditional souvenirs at Nakamise Street. In the afternoon, explore the futuristic district of Odaiba, followed by a visit to Akihabara, Tokyo’s anime and electronics paradise.

Embark on a scenic drive to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station (weather permitting) for breathtaking views of Japan’s iconic peak. Then proceed to Owakudani Valley, known for its volcanic activity and black eggs. Ride the Hakone Ropeway, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. In the evening, check in at your hotel in Hakone.

Take the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Mishima to Hiroshima. Upon arrival, visit the poignant Peace Memorial Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, and Peace Memorial Museum, which serve as reminders of the city’s history and message of peace, later check in to your hotel in Hiroshima.
Dinner Overnight: Hiroshima
Take a ferry to Miyajima Island, home of the famous Itsukushima Shrine with its floating torii gate. Enjoy some free time on the island before heading by road to Osaka. Check in and relax at your hotel.
Overnight: Osaka
Enjoy a full-day trip to Kyoto, starting with a serene walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Continue to the iconic Kinkaku-ji (*Golden Pavilion), Followed by a peaceful visit to the Kyoto Botanical Garden. Return to Osaka in the evening & ascend the Umeda Sky Building for night views of the city.

Visit Nara Deer Park and the majestic Todaiji Temple home to a giant bronze Buddha. In the evening, enjoy shopping and street food in Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s liveliest districts.

The best time to visit Japan as a tourist is generally considered to be during the Spring and Autumn. Spring (March to May) for its iconic cherry blossoms (sakura) and the mesmerising Alpine route. Beautiful mild weather, and a vibrant atmosphere with pleasant mild temperatures that are ideal for sightseeing. Autumn (September to November) is ravashing with stunning autumn leaves (koyo) in vibrant reds, oranges, and golds, offering beautiful scenery across the country.

Yes, you absolutely can get Indian Meals and Indian Veg Meals in Japan, especially in major cities. It’s always a good idea to check the menu or ask staff directly, especially when looking for purely vegetarian or vegan options, as sometimes Japanese curry (which is popular) is different from Indian curry and may contain meat stock.
Japan Tourist Visa processing can take up to 2 weeks. It may be noted that during peak season Cherry Blossom season in Spring or Autumn due to tourist rush the processing time may vary and processing time may exceed a month. Japan has an e-visa system for Indians travellers but here as well one needs to submit application and passport at the Visa Application Centre. Grant of Visa is at the sole discretion of the consulate.
