Upon arrival in Bangalore, meet and greet our local representative and further drive to Mysore. The medieval city of Mysore is one of India's most beautiful locales. The name Mysore is an English translation of Mahishru, which in the local Kannada language means the abode of Mahisha, a popular word that in Sanskrit means "buffalo." More than 600 years of exquisite history may be found in Mysore. It is well recognized for its splendid royal legacy, lively marketplaces, magnificent monuments, cosmopolitan culture, and amiable people. It is a key hub for producing excellent silk, sandalwood, and incense. Visit Mysore Palace after settling into your accommodation. The interior of the Mysore Palace is skillfully carved, vibrant, and excitingly constructed. The Wodeyars, former kings, ruled the Mysore Kingdom from this palace. A Sound and Light production that uses illumination to explain the palace's history is a must-see for visitors.
After Breakfast, check- out from the hotel, and go for a partial day sightseeing in Mysore.
