Arrive at Almaty International Airport. After clearing immigration and baggage collection, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative and transferred to the city centre, approximately 30–40 minutes away. Almaty, the cultural capital of Kazakhstan, is known for its scenic mountain backdrop, vibrant atmosphere and modern charm. Check-in at the hotel (Check-in Time:
15:00) and relax after your journey. Later, begin your sightseeing tour with a visit to the historic Panfilov Park, one of the oldest parks in Almaty. Explore the beautiful Zenkov Cathedral located within the park and continue to Gorky Central Park. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk along the lively Panfilov Promenade overlooking the Kazakh Opera & Ballet Theatre, lined with charming cafes, local eateries and small souvenir shops.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, proceed to thefamous Shymbulak Ski Resort, located approximately 40–45 minutes from the city centre and known as the highest ski resort in the CIS region. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride up to Level 3 while admiring breathtaking snow-cappedmountains and alpine landscapes.Later, return to Almaty and enjoy a leisurely walking tour along the vibrant Arbat Street, known for its lively atmosphere, street artists and local shopping experience. Continue to the famous Green Bazaar and visit the renowned Rakhat Chocolate Factory.
Overnight: Almaty
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, enjoy a scenic drive to the beautiful Almarasan Gorge,
surrounded by serene mountains and lush natural landscapes. Explore the peaceful surroundings, admire the small waterfall and enjoy the refreshing mountain atmosphere. You may also choose to visit the nearby hot springs. Later, return to Almaty and proceed to Mega Mall for shopping and leisure time. Explore a variety of international and local brands, cafes and entertainment options.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, proceed towards the picturesque Issyk Lake, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery and famous for its crystal-clear turquoise waters. Enjoy free time to walk along the lakeshore, admire the peaceful atmosphere, capture memorable photographs or take a short hike on nearby trails. Later, return to Almaty and enjoy another leisurely walk along the lively Arbat Street. Continue to Green Bazaar and Rakhat Chocolate Factory for shopping and local experiences.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, proceed for a full-day excursion to the breathtaking Charyn Canyon, located approximately 3.5 hours from Almaty. Explore the famous Valley of Castles and admire the dramatic red rock formations and unique canyon landscapes. Later, continue towards the beautiful Kolsay Lake near Saty Village. Enjoy free time to walk along the lakeshore, capture memorable photographs or enjoy optional activities such as boating and horseback riding amidst the crystal-clear waters and mountain scenery.

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Today, proceed towards the stunning Kaindy Lake with an off-road transfer from Saty Village. Famous for its unique sunken forest, Kaindy Lake is known for the submerged spruce tree trunks rising from its emerald-turquoise waters. Enjoy free time to walk around the lake, admire the breathtaking scenery and capture memorable photographs amidst the tranquil mountain surroundings.
Later, return to Almaty and check-in at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Today, proceed towards the spectacular Big Almaty Lake, located approximately 1 hour from the city centre and surrounded by majestic mountain landscapes.
Upon arrival, enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake and spend time capturing memorable photographs while admiring the turquoise waters and peaceful alpine surroundings. Please note that the final stretch towards the lake requires a local arranged vehicle service as access for regular vehicles is restricted. Later, transfer to Almaty International Airport for your onward flight. We return home with wonderful memories of Kazakhstan.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or official communication channels. The date of receipt of cancellation request shall be considered as the effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example:
If Total Invoice Amount is Rs.10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before departure, cancellation charges shall be 70% i.e. Rs.7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund payable to customer shall be Rs.3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST, TCS
implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges. - In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.
