Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival at Tokyo International Airport, complete immigration and customs formalities. You’ll be greeted by our local representative and transferred to your hotel in Tokyo. After check-in, the rest of the day is free for rest or leisure. Explore nearby areas at your own pace or relax after your journey. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
After breakfast, embark on a panoramic shared tour of Tokyo’s top highlights. Begin with a serene visit to the Meiji Shrine, dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken. Continue to the historic Imperial Palace, the residence of Japan’s Imperial Family. Explore the lively streets of Asakusa, home to the famous Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise shopping street. Later, head to the futuristic district of Odaiba, where you’ll enjoy a scenic Tokyo Bay cruise offering fantastic views of the Rainbow Bridge and city skyline. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Today is all about fun and fantasy! After breakfast, spend the full day at your choice of Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea. Disneyland brings classic Disney magic with thrilling rides and enchanting parades, while DisneySea offers more adventurous attractions with a nautical twist. Enjoy world-class entertainment, themed zones, and delicious treats. After an exciting day, return to your hotel in Tokyo for overnight stay.
After breakfast, begin a private full-day tour to Mt. Fuji, Japan’s iconic mountain. Weather
permitting, visit the 5th Station to enjoy breathtaking views. Continue to Lake Ashi for a
relaxing cruise, and ride the Hakone Ropeway to witness the volcanic landscapes of
Owakudani Valley. Explore natural wonders and hot springs along the way. After the tour,
transfer to Mishima for check-in and overnight stay.
Enjoy breakfast and proceed to Mishima Station to board the famous Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto. Experience high-speed travel through the picturesque Japanese countryside. Upon arrival in Kyoto, check in at your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax or explore the city’s charming streets, local cafés, and traditional markets. Overnight stay in Kyoto.
Today after breakfast, join a shared sightseeing tour to Nara and Kyoto’s cultural gems.
Begin with a visit to Nara Park, where friendly deer roam freely and the impressive Todai-ji
Temple houses a giant Buddha. Return to Kyoto and explore the Arashiyama Bamboo
Grove, followed by the stunning Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion). Later, visit the iconic
Fushimi Inari Taisha, famous for its thousands of red torii gates. After a day immersed in
Japan’s heritage, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Kyoto.
After breakfast, check out from your Kyoto hotel and transfer to Osaka International Airport (Kansai) for your flight home. Depart with beautiful memories of Japan’s vibrant cities, scenic landscapes, and warm hospitality.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or official
communication channels. The date of receipt of the cancellation request shall be considered as the
effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa
Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included
in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example: If the total invoice amount is Rs. 10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before
departure, cancellation charges shall be 70%, i.e., Rs. 7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund
payable to the customer shall be Rs. 3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST,
TCS implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges. - In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.

- The above-mentioned travel dates and package pricing are not valid for travel between 20th December and 10th January, as this period falls under the Peak Season/Holiday Season. Supplement charges and revised pricing may apply during these dates.
