TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or official communication channels. The date of receipt of the cancellation request shall be considered as the effective date of cancellation.
- Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

- Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example:
If the total invoice amount is Rs.10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before departure, cancellation charges shall be 70% i.e. Rs.7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund payable to the customer shall be Rs.3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST, TCS implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges.
- In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.

- As per Japanese government regulations, coach services are limited to 10 hours per day.
- Packed meals may be provided on select occasions, depending on the day’s itinerary and travel schedule.
