Hotel and Room Availability: The hotels and rooms mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change based on availability.

Check-In and Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and policy.

Package Cost Confirmation: Please confirm the package cost at the time of booking, as it may vary.

Sightseeing Schedule: A day of sightseeing cannot be split into two parts.

Vehicle Availability: The vehicle is available for 8 hours per day. It is not available around the clock. Additional rates apply for extensions beyond this duration.

Union Cab Services: Union cab services are not included in the package and will require additional, direct payment.

Activities Entrance Fees: Entrance fees to monuments & activities are to be paid directly.

Itinerary Changes: Joy-N-Crew reserves the right to amend the tour itinerary in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Excluded Activities: Activities mentioned are only included in the package; those not mentioned are not included.

Hotel and Vehicle Confirmation: Once confirmed, the hotel and vehicle cannot be changed.

For Insurance claims, guests need to coordinate with the Insurance company directly.

This is a fixed Departure package based on a minimum of 6 passengers traveling together. Any decrease in passenger count will result in supplement costs.

We will share the supplement cost on a case-to-case basis if the minimum number of passenger count does not reach 6 passengers 10 days before the travel.

Hotel standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time will be 11 AM
