Upon arrival at Tokyo International Airport, complete immigration formalities and meet your
representative. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. The rest of the day is free to relax and
recover from the journey or explore the nearby area at your own pace. Overnight stay in
Tokyo.
After breakfast, embark on a shared panoramic sightseeing tour of Tokyo. Begin the day at
the Meiji Shrine, a serene Shinto site nestled in a forested area. Continue to the Imperial
Palace, the primary residence of the Emperor of Japan, where you can admire its beautiful
gardens and historical architecture. Visit the traditional district of Asakusa to explore the
famous Sensoji Temple and shop along Nakamise Street. In the afternoon, head to the
modern waterfront district of Odaiba, followed by a relaxing Tokyo Bay cruise, offering
stunning views of the skyline. Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Tokyo.
After breakfast and check-out, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Sapporo,
the capital of Hokkaido. Upon arrival, proceed to your hotel for check-in. Spend the evening
exploring the local surroundings or enjoying Hokkaido’s vibrant food culture. Overnight stay
in Sapporo.
Today, enjoy a full-day excursion to the scenic wonders of Noboribetsu and Lake Toya.
Begin at Jigokudani (Hell Valley), a dramatic volcanic landscape with steaming vents and
bubbling hot springs. Next, visit Cape Chikyu, a stunning oceanfront cliff offering
panoramic views of the Pacific. Continue to Shōwa-shinzan, a volcanic lava dome that
emerged in the 1940s, now a fascinating geological site. After a scenic journey through the
countryside, return to Sapporo for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, set off on a day trip exploring some of Hokkaido’s hidden gems. Visit the
picturesque Cape Kamui, known for its rugged cliffs and breathtaking coastal views. Enjoy
a stop at Miyako-dori Shopping Street, perfect for picking up local souvenirs and trying
regional snacks. Later, visit Shiroi Koibito Park, a whimsical theme park dedicated to the
famous Hokkaido white chocolate cookies. Return to Sapporo for dinner and overnight stay.
Today is free for you to relax or explore Sapporo at your own pace. You can enjoy
shopping, try Hokkaido’s famous ramen, visit Odori Park or the Sapporo TV Tower, or
perhaps indulge in a relaxing onsen experience. Overnight stay in Sapporo.
After breakfast and check-out, transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Leave with
wonderful memories of your Japan journey, especially the unique experiences in Tokyo and
the natural beauty of Hokkaido.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be informed to the Company in writing through email or official communication channels. The date of receipt of the cancellation request shall be considered as the effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges shall be levied on the Total Invoice Amount, including Tour Cost, GST, TCS, Visa Fees, Airfare, Insurance, and all other components charged in the invoice.

Cancellation charges are inclusive of GST. GST on cancellation charges shall be considered included in the above percentage and shall be calculated at the applicable rate (presently 18%).
Example: If the total invoice amount is Rs. 10,00,000 and cancellation is made 45 days before
departure, cancellation charges shall be 70%, i.e., Rs. 7,00,000 (inclusive of applicable GST). Refund payable to the customer shall be Rs. 3,00,000, subject to TCS and other deductions, if any.
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, GST,
TCS implications, banking charges, and non-refundable supplier charges. - In case of “No Show”, 100% cancellation charges shall apply.

- The above-mentioned travel dates and package pricing are not valid for travel between 20th December and 10th January, as this period falls under the Peak Season/Holiday Season. Supplement charges and revised pricing may apply during these dates.
