A Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour is the simplest way to see the city occupying the northernmost point on Earth. Allow us to show you every vital landmark in Reykjavik. You may explore everything, including the enormous Hallgrimskirkja Church, the famed Harpa Concert Hall with its vibrant glass façade, and the most significant whale display in Europe. Why not take a break from your city tour to unwind in the Laugardalur geothermal pool or stroll around the stunning Botanical Garden? There is more to it, though. Leave the city far behind and travel south of Reykjavik, where you'll experience the breathtaking Golden Circle on a day trip and learn about the geology that gives this region its distinct look. Visit the Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the enormous rift valley where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates collide, marvel at the size of the two-tiered Gullfoss Waterfall, and watch the active Strokkur geyser erupt in the Geysir Geothermal Area, shooting water about 20 meters into the air. You'll also visit the Fridheimar Greenhouse to discover how pesticide-free tomatoes are grown using geothermal energy.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Today we will proceed on a Full Day Tour of South Iceland, Waterfalls, and Black Sand Beach Tour. South Iceland is a physically stunning and geologically fascinating region of the country, home to several of Iceland's most breathtaking locations, from snow-capped peaks of the country's largest volcanoes to beaches made of pitch-black volcanic sand. You will travel through the lush farmlands of South Iceland, surrounded on one side by the interior's craggy mountains, glaciers, and volcanoes (including the famed Eyjafjallajökull) and on the other by the enormous Atlantic Ocean. Along with Skógafoss, one of Iceland's biggest waterfalls, you will also see Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where the Seljalandsá river rises beneath Eyjafjallajökull glacier falls, on your trip to South Iceland. You will see the towering Reynisdrangar basalt rock formation and the Reynisfjara black sand beach just outside Vk Medal (or just Vk to the locals). A written account pales in comparison to the experience. Let the tour guides enliven South Iceland with tales, information, science, and history.

Breakfast at the Hotel. We will embark on the Full Day Tour of Snaefellsnes Peninsula Tour. From Reykjavik, you will travel west on a lovely route to the villages of Borgarnes and Borgarfjörur, where you will stop briefly for refreshments. You'll have an opportunity to see some of the local wildlife at the beach, which is home to a seal colony and a variety of seabirds, not long after entering the Snaefellsnes peninsula by Ytri-Tunga Farm. The next stop is the picturesque Arnarstapi village, where you can stroll the fantastic scenery along the rugged shoreline and stop for lunch. Following lunch, the group travels to Djpalónssandur, a tranquil black-pebble beach in the Snaefellsjökull National Park not far from where Jules Verne discovered the beginning of his "Journey to the Center of the Earth," which offers breathtaking ocean views and an intriguing past. As you leave Djpalónssandur, you'll go through awe-inspiring scenery to the fishing community of Grundarfjordur on the Snaefellsnes peninsula's north shore. The symmetrical peak Kirkjufell, which rises 1500 feet above the sea in Grundarfjörur, and is surrounded by gorgeous mountains, is one of the peninsula's most famous and photographed features. The path leaves Grundarfjörur and travels through Berserkjahraun lava fields. Two Swedish "Berserks," according to Viking tradition, built Iceland's first road and crossed to the peninsula's southern side via the Vatnalei pass.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Today, we'll embark on a tour of the South Coast and Jökursárlón Glacier Lagoon. You'll go along Iceland's South Coast. Between mountains, glaciers, and the enormous Atlantic Ocean is a slender swath of beautiful farmland. Stops along the way are made at famous natural attractions such as the Vatnajökull glacier, Diamond Beach, Seljalandsfoss, and Skógafoss waterfalls, to name a few. Between Reykjavik and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, around halfway, one passes the southern side of the enormous Vatnajökull Glacier, which gives breathtaking views of glaciers, rivers, and vast sand plains. Vatnajökull Glacier National Park stretches over 14,000 square km or roughly ten times the size of London. The breathtaking view at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, filled with icebergs in varied white and blue tones, is likely to steal your breath away. Numerous bird species can be observed feeding in and around the lagoon, and seal sightings are persistent at the lagoon's mouth and the beach by the water. Later we will return to our Hotel.
