Itinerary
On arrival at Paro Airport our representative from Bhutan will meet you after completing your Visa/Permit formalities at the Airport and help you board your car for the transfer to Thimphu (2320 meters / 7656 feet, 65 kilometers, 01 to 02 hours). Thimphu is the capital city of Bhutan. A free evening for leisure.
Hotel overnight stay.
After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing in Thimphu which includes, taking in the Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong, Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodong), Changangkha Lhakhang (Monastery), Motithang Takin Preservation Centre, Drupthob Goemba / Zilukha Nunnery, National Library (Closed on Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday, & During Summer & Winter Vacations), Institute for Zorig Chusum (Traditional Art & (Monastery), Zangtho Pelri Lhakhang (Monastery) and Textiles Museum (Handicrafts Shops - Closed on Weekends & National Holiday). Later come back to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Thimpu.

After breakfast at Thimpu hotel check out from the hotel and Drive to Wangdi (Wangdiphodrang) (1350Mts / 4430Fts, 70 Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs) or Punakha (1200Mts / 3936Fts, 77 Kms / 03 to 312 Hrs). The last town before entering Central Bhutan is Punakha or Wangdi. The drive crosses the stunning Dochu La pass, which is 3080 meters (10102 feet) high and offers a breathtaking view of the mountain of Bhutan. Visit the Suspension Bridge if time permits, then continue to Chimi Lhakhang after seeing the Punakha Dzong (Monastery).
Spend the night at the Wangdi hotel.

After breakfast, you can visit the Punakha Valley or go rafting on the Punakha River. Returning to the hotel Hotel for an overnight stay.

Punakha / Wangdue - Gangtey Excursion – Punakha / Wangdue
Today's journey to Gangtey and Phobjikha Valley (3000 meters / 9845 feet, 85 kilometers, 03 to 04 hours one way) will begin early. One of Bhutan's most stunning locations is the Gangtey valley. Visit the Black Necked Crane Information Center and Gangtey Goempa (Monastery) before returning to your accommodation in Gangtey.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and you will be transferred to Paro (2134 meters/7000 feet, 150 kilometers/five hours). Visit Lamperi's Royal Botanical Garden on the way there. Check into the hotel as soon as you arrive in Paro. Free time during the afternoon.

After breakfast, enjoy the sightseeing in Paro which includes Drukgyel Dzong (now closed to tourists), Ta Dzong (National Museum-Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holiday), Rinpung Dzong, and Kyichu Lhakhang after breakfast (Monastery), Returning to the hotel Hotel overnight stay.

Paro - Full Day hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger’s Nest)
Start your day early to hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger's Nest Monastery). The hike, which is entirely uphill and through pine forests, takes around two to three hours one way. Spend the afternoon at leisure browsing in the market for shopping.

- All necessary transportation (transfers and sightseeing) by the designated vehicle will be reserved solely for the visitor and used per the program (on point to point basis). In Bhutan, the idea of disposing of a vehicle is not common. The tourist will ride in the car with the Trip Leader (Guide) from (0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs).

- Cost variations are brought on by mishaps, political turmoil, and natural disasters like landslides and traffic blockages, among other things. In this situation, the visitor must pay the additional cost immediately.

National Museum in Paro and Museum at Ta Dzong in Trongsa are both closed on Sunday and Monday. The National Library in Thimphu is also closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays.

Folk Heritage Museum in Thimphu is open from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays and from 11.30 am to 3.00 pm on Sundays. It is closed on Government Holidays.

Bhutan is a Tobacco-free country, so tobacco is not easily available. One can carry up to 250 cigarettes for personal use by declaring at customs upon arrival and paying appropriate duty @ 200%. Most hotels have both smoking and non-smoking rooms; however, they prefer no smoking in the rooms because most of the hotels are made of wood.
