Terms and Conditions

Gift Voucher Redemption:

1. This Gift Voucher is redeemable against the Tour Land Package (Tour Land Package = Hotel + Transfer + Meals + Sightseeing) + (Visa and Insurance, if applicable).

2. This Gift voucher will be redeemed against Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP Customized Tours and Group Tours.

3. This Gift Voucher is redeemable for one time only against its full value.

4. This Gift Voucher is transferable to family and friends.

5. The beneficiary / holder of this Gift Voucher will have to furnish a copy of the PAN card /Aadhar Card at the time of redemption.

6. This Gift Voucher is redeemable against the unique Voucher Code and Voucher PIN provided to each registered participant / holder of the Gift Voucher.

7. This Gift Voucher is not redeemable on Air, Railway and Bus Tickets or independent services like VISA, Passport, Hotel Bookings etc

8. Based on RBI & IRDA regulations respectively, purchase of foreign exchange (Personal & Tour Costs) & Travel Insurance services are not allowed through Gift Voucher.

9. This Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed against any existing bookings with Joy-N-Crew Vacations, LLP

** One Person can redeem only One Gift Voucher with a minimum Tour Land Package of Rs.50,000/- (Excluding Taxes). Clubbing of multiple Gift Vouchers for redemption against single person’s booking is not allowed.

Gift Voucher Validity:

1. This Gift Voucher is valid till 30th June’2025. This Gift voucher will be expired after 30th June 2025.

2. The recipient of this Gift Voucher advised to redeem the value of the voucher before the
validity period and that Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP shall be under no liability or obligation to
refund the value or extend the Gift Voucher beyond the validity period. Thus, no request for
extension, refund or value set off will be entertained under any circumstances, after
30th June 2025.

Gift Voucher Exclusions:

1. This Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift
Voucher.

2. This Gift Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other discount/incentive program/scheme
offered by Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP at any point.

3. The Gift Voucher holder should ensure the safety of the Gift Voucher at all times. If the Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, duplicate/replacement Gift Voucher will not be issued nor will any value on the lost Gift Voucher be reimbursed.

4. Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or
fraudulent purchase/s made using this Gift Voucher. No duplicate Gift Voucher will be issued.

5. The holder of this Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Gift
Voucher and the credentials / PIN mentioned on it.

6. Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions governing the Gift Voucher at their discretion, at any time, without prior notice.

7. Incase of any disputes, misunderstandings or disagreements with regards to Voucher Terms and Conditions, the decision taken by Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP will be final and binding.

8. Any legal disputes are to be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune only.
