Upon arriving in Bangalore, meet our representative and travel to Mysore. One of India's most spectacular locations is the historic city of Mysore, which has more than 600 years of beautiful history. It is a major center for the manufacturing of fine silk, sandalwood, and incense and is well known for its brilliant royal legacy, vibrant markets, spectacular monuments, cosmopolitan culture, and friendly people. Once there, check into a hotel for the night. (Optional) "A WILD EXPERIENCE IN MYSORE" is the slogan of Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens. It is one of the most alluring and lovely zoos in India, and it has a large collection of species. It's a no-plastic area. Tuesday is a holiday.
After Breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Ooty. On arrival check into the hotel and Visit Chamundi Hill and the 150-acre Brindavan Gardens after an early breakfast. Visit Mysore Palace afterward. Its interior is lavishly carved, detailed, colorful, and thrillingly architectural. Former monarchs, the Wodeyars, controlled the Mysore Kingdom from this palace. A must-see for palace visitors is a Sound & Light production that uses illumination to tell the history of the palace. Afterward, head to Ooty.
After breakfast, start your day by exploring the government rose gardens. Take a stroll through the colourful flowers and learn about the history of the gardens. After lunch, take a boat ride on the Ooty lake to admire the picturesque surroundings. Finish off your day by visiting the Shooting Point and Dodabetta Peak. Enjoy the sunset and take in the mesmerising view of the city of Ooty. Spend the night in Ooty and head back home the following day.
Drive in the direction of Kodaikanal after breakfast. With its focus on a very attractive lake, Kodai meanders up and down slopes dotted with shola forests, which are only found in South India's Western Ghats, and evergreen broadleaf trees like magnolia, mahogany, myrtle, and rhododendron. The kurinji shrub, whose lilac-blue blossoms only appear once every 12 years, is another local botanical specialty. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
