Meet our representative upon arrival in Coimbatore and transfer to Ooty, the capital of the Nilgiri district and also known as the "Queen of Hill Stations," which was a favorite summer and weekend retreat for the British during colonial times. This location became so well-known in southern India because of its lofty mountains, thick forest, expansive meadows, and miles and miles of tea gardens. Check into the hotel.

After breakfastEnjoy a tour of Doddabetta Peak for a breathtaking vista. Later, travel (21 km; approx. 45 min) to Coonoor and explore Sims Park and "Dolphin" Nose Point. You'll next visit the famous Ooty Lake and the Botanical Gardens in the afternoon. After your day of sightseeing, head back to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

Drive in the direction of Kodaikanal after breakfast. With its focus on a beautiful lake, Kodai meanders up and down slopes dotted with shola forests, which are only found in South India's Western Ghats, and evergreen broadleaf trees like magnolia, mahogany, myrtle, and rhododendron. The Kurinji shrub, another local favorite, only has lilac-blue blossoms that bloom once every 12 years; the next one will be in 2030. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast you can go for sightseeing in Kodaikanal, the must-visit spots include the popular Kodai Lake, Coaker's Walk, Pillar Rocks, Bear Shola Falls, and Bryant Park. The Kodai Lake is one of the most popular attractions and is the site of various water activities like boating and fishing. Coaker's Walk is a 1 km long pedestrian pathway that offers spectacular views of the surrounding valleys. Pillar Rocks is a set of three huge rock pillars that stand at a height of 8 meters. The Bear Shola Falls is a cascading waterfall located in a dense forest and offers a stunning view. Bryant Park is a botanical garden located near the lake and is home to a wide variety of plants and flowers.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and go to Munnar. The etymology says Munnar is believed to mean "meeting of three rivers," Mudhirapuzha, Nallathanni, and Kundali, which the town grew up around. It now offers stunning views, cardamom and spice plantations, scented oil manufacturers, glimpses of various endangered species, and the purple-blue Neelakurinji flowers that bloom every 12 years. After you arrive, check into your hotel and enjoy your evening at leisure. The hotel stays for the night.

Explore Eravikulam National Park, home to numerous elusive and endangered species, after breakfast. Amazing views of the tea plantations may be seen there, and it is a fantastic location for trekking. Later, continue to the Tea Museum (closed on Monday), which provides information about the history of the area's tea plantations. Visit the Flower Garden, Eco Point, and Mattupetty Dam afterward.

Return to the motel to spend the night.

Drive to Thekkady (Periyar). After breakfast, and upon arrival, check into the hotel. Thekkady is known for its endless hills, diverse wildlife, and spice crops. The Periyar National Park is the area's most prominent feature. Take a boat ride on Periyar Lake during the day, and then watch a traditional Kalaripayattu performance in the evening.

Return to the Hotel to spend the night.
